Maybe this'll be like our 0-4 start last season when it felt like we'd never be good again. The other Western conference teams outside of like two, have all had rough stretches like this and this our first real bad one. The Lakers win one freaking game and all the podcasts and shows are talking championship right now lol the Maverick reddit looks a lot like our forums do right now, with almost identical language. There are no world beaters in the 3-10 seeds out west so i'm not panicking - just apathetic until i see a change somewhere. This ain't working.

All the wailing and gnashing of teeth is really uncalled for. Despite the fact that the team has played awful defense tonight and Fox Monk and Barnes have been missing, the team scored at a pretty good clip and showed some signs of Life at the end. The previous two games that we choked on were again games we played pretty well for the bulk of the game. This isn't about changing the coach, making a major trade or dismantling the team it's just about tuning up. 3 days may work wonders

This is a team missing almost half its rotation and best player. Context matters.

How he can still be starting is beyond me. He would have been benched LONG before we sat Huerter on the bench, if it were up to me. This coaching staff is lucky our media is soft out here in sacramento cuz there's no way bigger cities wouldn't ask Mike Brown why tf HB gets this much leeway to just jog up and down the court. I'm disgusted with this garbage and lack of effort and every time i think about game 4 last year, i wanna punch a wall. Dude called his own number as if he had any business doing so

No team ever won or Lost based on the players that didn't play. The pacers have played a damn good game put up 124 points and they're not done yet. Don't discount the players that busted their ass on that court because their name isn't Tyrese halliburton.

Kvon back is amazing, but I didn't want it at the cost of everyone else sucking.

16-28 FTA.

Fox: 5-9
Domas: 3-6
Monk: 1-4

There's things out of our control and sometimes the other team just beats you. But we absolutely have the FT yips and our 3 guys that actually get to the FT line are choking right now.

Enough is enough with HB. I've been on the "can't bench the 11 year respected vet" train, but dude has just checked out. Put in Kessler Edwards for god sakes, at least we know he's going to try on defense. And can't even use the "no offense" excuse with him, because HB has been a whole lot of "no offense" as well.

Fox or Domas need to step up as a vocal leader. Domas works his ass off, but he needs to start biting heads off for guys not playing with his energy.

I'd look at getting all 3 young guys in the rotation. Colby/Keon/Kessler. We know they're going to actually give a crap on defense. Can't say the same for the rest of the team.
Sasha continuing to turn good minutes in as well but his burn is still way too limited

A fact she wouldn’t bring up if the Kings weren’t about to lose to the shorthanded Pacers. So it is meant to explain away
She points it out every time, whether the Kings are down or not. And sometimes she adds that the good teams find a way to push through it, and sometimes she doesn't, but she always points it out.

This. Nothing left to be said, honestly. They desperately need those 3 days off but they also need to look in the mirror and check themselves and their egos. Whatever soul searching they need to do, they better do it. Lucky for us, the Kings were winning at a pace where a 4 game losing streak at this point of the season isn't completely back breaking or demoralizing. I believe in a lot of these guys, but i'm ready for a change that makes sense outside of our core four guys in Monk, Keegan, Fox and Sabonis.

Uhh what?? It happens all the time. 76ers are like 3-8 without Embiid. They pretty much concede losses when he sits( except when we played them). But it’s not just Hali. They’re missing Nembhard, Nesmith and just trade Brown. Those are 4 very critical pieces.
