Does getting a triple-double tilt the scales in his favor as well, or do you not consider that? He more than doubled the assists, with similar points and rebounds. Just curious.

Not necessarily. If anything rankings for counting stats, in my Personal Record Book™, go as follows:

1. Rebounds
2. Blocks
3. Points
4. Steals
5. Assists

It would not be unusual for me to rank a 20/20 game or a 30/15 game over a triple double, unless there was something particularly unusual about the triple double.

No, the stats are ordered in the traditional sequence: Points-Rebounds-Assists-Steals-Blocks. That has nothing to do with the value I place on said stats.

Thanks, I wasn't sure of the order of the steals and blocks in particular - I didn't know there was a "traditional" order for those two, probably because I don't do a whole lot of digging around in stat sites or whatever like many others here do. It may be helpful to list that in your OP next year just in case some idiot like me doesn't know.
