Ranking Top Sacramento Era Kings Players (minimum 3 seasons)?

Was thinking about this.....here's my current list - not easy to judge - tried to focus on Sacramento in-service period.

1. DeAaron Fox
2. Chris Webber
3. Mitch Ritchmond
4. Peja Stojakovic
5. Mike Bibby
6. Demarcus Cousins
7. Kevin Martin
8. Vlade Divac
9. Harrison Barnes
10. Brad Miler

Bonus Players 11-20

11. Wayman Tisdale
12. Rudy Gay
13. Reggie Theus
14. Doug Christie
15. Buddy Hield
16. Bobby Jackson
17. Tyreke Evans
18. Bogdan Bogdonavic
19. Isiah Thomas
20. Jason Williams

I think Fox has now earned the top spot judging from this season; a couple other players from current squad will undoubtedly supplant others barring injury etc.

Currently, no way Fox is number one over Webber. Give him a couple of more seasons having the same level of success as he has been having, throw in a handful of deep playoff runs, and maybe even throw in a championship and Finals MVP (or two), and De'Aaron Martez Fox, no doubt, will go down as the greatest SACRAMENTO King to ever play.

If I can't at least write in Mark Olberding as an honorable mention I'm sending my ballot back with a strongly worded letter attached to it.

Mark was awesome! Sat next to him on a flight to LA back when the team travelled on public airlines. The team was constantly telling Terry Tyler how ugly he was.
Those were the true glory years for me... the innocence of rooting for the greatest thing that ever happened to our hometown. Olberding was a key member of that very first season, where we made the playoffs with I believe THIRTY EIGHT wins. Anyone remember the Hot Seat Luncheons? Reggie Theus, Harrold Pressley, Otis Thorpe, Kenny Smith, Eddie Johnson, Mark Olberding... and of course Jerry Reynolds, who seemed to keep the franchise in business by his sheer charm.

It was a different time, something special about it. The first Arco, with the scoreboard light meter that measured the volume in the building, and when it got to the top a foil crown would be blown upward, I can still see it ... the roots of Arco Thunder... if you were there, you remember, if you were a kid at that time, you could never forget.

Fox
Web
Rock
Boogie
Peja
Bibby
DC
Brad
Vlade
K-Mart
This list is probably pretty much it for me. I have a hard time deciding between DC and JWill though. They were both different and great in their own way.

Trying to squeeze in the Brockness Monster in here somehow but I don't think I can...

Based on personal accolades + Playoff success + contribution to team success:

1. Chris Webber
2. De’Aaron Fox
3. Mitch Richmond
4. Peja Stojaković
5. DeMarcus Cousins
6. Vlade Divac
7. Mike Bibby
8. Domantas Sabonis
9. Doug Christie
10. Brad Miller

Honorable mentions: Reggie Theus, Jason Williams, Bobby Jackson, Kevin Martin, Rudy Gay, Harrison Barnes

Also, a few notes.

Fox has less accolades than Mitch and Peja, but I’m projecting him to have more All-Star and All-NBA appearances than Peja and around the same, if not more, than Mitch. And, hopefully, he will at least lead the team to the Playoffs regularly, which would be better than Mitch, and would be a larger role than Peja. I think there’s a good chance that Fox ends up becoming GOAT Sacramento King, but he still has to put up many more years like the last season +.

Cousins, based on talent, had the potential to be the greatest Sacramento King of all time. His trade out of Sacramento and huge lack of team success obviously places him under the other Sacramento-era greats.

Sabonis’ placement was tricky. I felt like I had to place him on the list because being an All Star and All-NBA player is already a great achievement for a Sacramento King. He was also a vital part if ending a historic NBA Playoff drought, so I felt that had to be acknowledged, even with such a short tenure in Sacramento thus far.

DC had to guard a laudry list of SGs in the early 2000s, he usually held them from having career games.
Jwill was awesome to watch but not that great of a decision maker for a PG, an was super streaky shooter.

I should have Domas up theree too....

uuuummm...how is John "freakin" Salmons not on this list?

For real though:
1. Webber
2. Fox
3. Mitch Ritchmond
4. Peja
5. Bibby
6. Divac
7. DMC (no success what so ever here, but talent wise was probably top 3)
8. Sabonis (will move up to be 3 by the time his tenure is done i think)
9. Brad Miller
10. Jason William (cultural impact on team chemistry and bringing attention to SacTown more than numbers)

Crud, Domas should definitely be on there. What a brain fart.

I agree on on-court impact of DC vs. Jwill, but JWill brought an excitement to the team that extended across the NBA due to his style. There's something to be said for that as far as impact. But Domas should probably replace either one, especially once he's been here longer than a year and a half.

No way Fox is number two. Dough Christie is ahead of him right now. We have one playoff first round appearance with him with one All star. Come on
