Over the weekend I heard a talking head on ESPN radio saying the Kings were a "fraudulent" 3rd place in the West. Hmmm. Are the Kings a fraudulent 3rd place team? We're going to find out real quick.

Blazers are really bad. Also the airport and all around getting A to B in Portland situation is a mess - their team flight was cancelled last night and I have no idea if they all slept at the airport to fly out today or not. (Personally we cancelled some really high stakes exams today at work and the blowback on me doing them virtually because I did that during COVID is insane).

I hope this game happens and we smash them to pieces because they all have achy knees from just getting off a plane with lousy sleep and no practice.

If this comment is factual, which I don't doubt for one second because you would know better than I would in this case, then I'm afraid to know just how bad teams in the 6 - 11 positions in the West are, seeing that the Blazers are ONLY 2 games behind the team currently in 6th (Mavericks).

They lost Josh Hart because apparently he just didn't want to be here. Nurk when healthy had already taken an extreme nosedive this season. They're now playing some random at C and he was just completely lit up vs. the Wizards when I saw them a week ago. They gained Thybulle who was nice in a game or two but he was completely invisible in the Wizards game I went to, and really I doubt he's going to lock up our key guys. And then they got Reddish who hasn't done much yet. Simons got hurt in the Wizards game at the end, so that's a huge loss for them.

If Dame and Grant are playing expect everything to run through them so question is do we have an answer? I think so yes. They were a much better team on opening night than they are today.

Wow, I was just listening to 1140 and they were saying I guess Portland Oregon got hammered with snow -team sat on tarmac for seven hours last night told to go home come back this morning and they did sounded like everyone thought they would be down here by 10 or 1030 and like about 15 minutes ago they announced that Portland blazers are still sitting up in Portland and may be the plane is being deiced at this minute? Guess I better watch for a delay of game? We’ll see.

They should just forfeit the game to the Kings and stay warm and safe at home! ;)

We got 10.43 inches of snow overnight in Portland. Apparently the Blazers are STILL on the tarmac. The sun is out, but there is a LOT of snow out there. I sure hope they get out, I could really enjoy some NBA being snowed in and all! LOL
