There was a lot of help D going on. I'd rather test out Duren/Bagley killing the Kings inside than open shooters. If it's a fire needing lit, this is where you spot some minutes for KZ. Send a message. Metu and Lyles ain't stopping anyone on a switch. Certainly not someone as big as Bojan is. Might want to adjust the rotation based on matchups.

Agreed. And we need to get way more physical, Keegan Murray included. Not letting him off the hook

I'm sure Detroit's coach is saying the same thing. He's probably saying, "How the hell are you letting the Kings put up 68 points on the board??" I just hope we can continue playing this well offensively...........

I swear, as soon as this game tipped off I thought to myself — the Pistons are 3-14 and 0-9 on the road. They have a team full of cast offs. Ivey is their prized rookie that is shooting under 30%. I bet anything they’re gonna look like the Harlem Globetrotters today.

After that 1st half — I’m not shocked.

But DET still sucks….

Personally I see this all the time in sports. I just think that the Kings just didn't get up for this game. They saw Detroit's horrible record and they were flying high off all their recent wins, so they they relaxed, but they relaxed too much thinking this would just be a walk in the park

With Huerter, Barnes, and Keegan all being 6’7” and above there’s really no reason to not pressure and switch with this lineup more.

Mark Jones had it exactly right: Kings are developing into a team that other teams mark on their calendars as a game to get up for, and they need to figure out how to handle that change in expectations.
