The good thing is that it's Keegan so there is precisely a 0% chance that his confidence has been affected by that play.

My takeaway from the 1st half - the Grizz are pretty damn good.

Considering the complete and total collapse of our team's bench production, I don't blame the guy for waffling a bit but 8 minutes for Metu does seem like a bit much.

Expecting Holmes to excel at the nuances of the game is not going to work. He can be a bench offense though. We finally saw the push shot last game. Holmes can give a team excellent productivity if used in pnr. Asking him to bang with bigs, set great screens, etc. is the wrong way of looking at him.
