Yhall remember Monte crowing about how Keegan lead college in threes and dunks? I think he's had like one dunk in the last two games.

He's kind of a playbook dunker, I don't think anyone expects him to be jumping over defenses and throwing it down. Once the floor opens up and the Kings are able to get up and down he'll find the rack.

Having guys who actually push the pace on offense would help too. Despite being a quick small guard, Ferrari's first instinct all California Classic has been to slow things down and hunt lobs in the half court.

Yeah, Ferrari's a pick and roll guard. When he's run it the team has looked much better overall, but the real deal Kings are led by a jet engine looking to own the paint.

Probably the only note-worthy thing is the really poor Queta performance. Good to see Keegan play under control, 8-5-1 and a lot of good impact plays.
Yeah, the thing about Keegan is he's never going to actively call for the ball/force the issue (the last game semi-excluded), his guards need to do a better job of looking for him out on the corners so he can get his perimeter shot going.

So far he's as advertised and not a wing for sure. Who knows how they intend to develop him but a 20 and 10 type stretch big is more than enough need wise but this is the modern game, no playmaking, no superstar.
I don't see 20 and 10. Right now, I think he'll end up having comparable stats to someone like Kyle Kuzma next year. And will likely hover around there depending on how he develops.

Murray is staying out at the 3 point line a lot and come the season, that's what you want. They better get him some post entries though. That dropstep needs to be utilized. When you picture Fox breaking down the whole defense and swinging it over to Murray, it makes complete sense.

Matt Coleman's playing well. Decent half for Murray.

As for the bad, I see quite a bit.. N Not to be too harsh, but It's difficult for me to believe this team is gonna perform well in Vegas, unless the 3pt shooting turns around..

Queta doesnt look anywhere near ready in this game..

My friend whos friends with Frankie tried to convince me Frankie is struggling because he’s used to playing in the high quality Spain league and he’s playing at such a speed these other guys don’t know how to handle it so he’s playing down to the rest of everyone.

I’m thinking to myself like … “I’ll humor you, but your boy stinks.”
