NAW has just been straight bad for 3 years, but sure, "potential. Josh Hart is a good player, but when he's far and away the best asset you get for trading 4 starters, you done messed up.
This trade is essentially Hart+Protected FRP+Filler for CJ McCollum and Larry Nance. That's an insane win.

Between Fournier, Burks, Kemba, Quickley, Rose, and Buddy, the Knicks would have quite the collection of dudes who refuse to do anything but jack up shots and get confused on defense.
