It's all about balance I guess. The great thing is he does have tools at his disposal to be able to score in a slower environment in theory. It's just knowing where your bread is buttered. At best this is a fast small ball team that can slow it down and go big here and there, as opposed to the opposite. The combinations he plays is key though. It's great to say you want to do this or that but you have to have the right personnel on the floor to get it done. The paint belongs to Holmes on pick and roll and Fox on drives the rest hang out or drive and dish. Defensively you attack the ball, switch when you need to, and try not to overhelp. If that doesn't take you to the promise land then oh well, it's a start. And this team just needs some sign of identity. This is right at the same ledge Kings fans have seen too many times before.

That was one of the things Jones touched on in that article I referred to. Nobody is really happy when they casually stroll up the court... It' one of my biggest pet peeves, to be honest.
