I can't speak for anyone else, but with me it's not that I don't like him. It's that I don't like how he seems to turn his effort on and off.

EDIT: Although in all honesty, what Capt. says below is pretty fair.

I can't really complain about what Ariza has given us this year, outside of the first game or two, where he was dreadful. He has been pretty solid. Not going to the All-Star game, but steady.

My interpretation was that they were trying to do the Barnes top of key play after a switch but the spacing was off. They were trying to complete the pass but since they were too close Bogdan finally said ok i'll just take it.
