Buddy looks much better handling the ball and making plays. Willie is pretty much a mercenary out there. Yogi looks solid.

When you really look at what's going on, this is all pretty bad.

- Bagley does not look good. He's putting in effort on defense at the rim, but his defensive knocks were defensive awareness. He was supposed to be gifted at the other end, but instead has total tunnel vision. Then they tried him at the SF and that was awful.

- Suns offense, thanks to their coach, is much smoother, easier and modern. They get open looks. Ayton is being fed buckets.

- For all the talk of the more open, fast offense, it's the same high post system as last year that clogs the lane.

- They have spent a ton of draft picks on big men and only Giles stands out. Meanwhile, nothing at the SF spot.

- The Doncic factor will eat the organization alive

When you go over the back of your own teammates to steal theirs
or you are wide open under the basket you get a few sometimes.

Bagley is fighting for boards GOING AFTER boards.

The defense, other than WCS getting spanked by Ayton, looks pretty good across the board overall. Our athleticism is playing a factor.

Offense is a total nightmare right now.

I'll amend that:

Fox attacking the basket is very, very good. Yogi looking as advertised as a good off-ball shooter.

Perfect example right there. Contested rebound chance and Chandler gets the offensive glass. So while WCS box score rebounding looks good, it's pretty much been all uncontested

Mistimes is an understatement.
He jumped like two seconds early. Where it was akward.

Willie is getting outclassed by Tyson Chandler.

probably because no Booker and the Suns are deferring to a rookie for their offense.. not that he hasn't been good, but they're very much in the experimental phase as we are this game.
