I've kept track of Giles before college and during his injuries.. just from inferring, I think Giles has a lot of red flags around his knees, and the Kings want to continue to rehab his knees to get back to 1000%. I don't think he's fully healthy yet though.

He did suit up for Duke, but they didn't play him full bore. They also don't have as much invested in his long term success IMHO.
