To trade for Bradley, who I'd consider but doubt Ainge would move, would require WCS falling to us and I likely am not pulling the trigger on that. There's no one else on Boston I'd want.
But looking around the league I don't see any clear starting caliber players who are on the trade block, not the slightest of rumors outside BK and I'm not interested in anyone they'd move.
Really, there's a number of guys who could answer a problem or two of ours who are FAs. Whether it's Matthews or Afflalo at the 2 or Robin Lopez, Asik, Koufas, that's likely where we're going to have to go hard and hope for some luck.
I'm not really interested in partly sacrificing this pick to move Landry, not with the huge jump in the cap next year. This just puts more pressure on us in free agency. Seems the trade value with our pick is if WCS falls to us and I'd keep him. If he doesn't, the pick loses trade value and then I consider going with upside with a guy like Porzingis and go hard after a SG in free agency and get a cheap backup center. As you know our starting lineup was fine last year outside SG, it was our bench which really killed us. Get a starting SG in free agency, go upside if CWS isn't there with a guy who should contribute off the bench in Porzingis and get a backup for Cuz.
I'd love more but I don't see it.
