I truly cannot understand some of you. Our team found a way to win, something they had not done before without Cousins. Are you happy? Nope. You're too busy whining about what should have happened, who should have been playing when, etc.

Suck it up, buttercups. WE FREAKING WON!!!!!
No, YOU suck it up.
You cannot run this board and dictate to Kings fans how they react to what they perceive as crapty play.

There is more to pull from this game other than whether they won or they lost.
Just because Rudy happened to miss the shot SO badly and Landry happened to be there, and happened to be able to hurl the ball with his fingertips through the basket (after losing the handle twice) doesn't negate the serious problems and mistakes this Kings team is showing.

Thank god the Kings got away with this one. McLemore played 2 quarters straight! How in the blue hell could Malone let that happen? He was tired and didn't even take shots as a SG.
That's why Stauskas should play more, we gotta have more options...
I'm not sure we really want Nik taking shots right now. At the rate his shot is deteriorating, he's going to kill someone with a howitzer in the tenth row by the all-star break.

She didn't exactly dictate how everyone should react did she?

All she did was express her surprise that some of us were being so negative after sneaking off with the win.

We won. And while Stauskas was out there he was NO help at all.
He's getting some buzz for (admittedly early) votes for the All-Defensive Team. Statistically, it may be his worst season but, statistically, IT was also a borderline all-star for us. Stats don't tell the entire story
yeah, for the entire 6 minutes he was out there...
It's not about giving him a chance no more, just about that a player can't stay on the court for a straight half - becuse eventually that will hurt the team. I don't mind Casspi getting some of those minutes, even Williams, but they can't let it happen again.
Yeah we won and that's the important thing, I'm just looking at things that the team can improve on in my opinion.

Malone saying in his interview, what a lot of us were saying. Too much dribbling and Iso plays. He blamed himself and said they'll try to improve
But he also said not to get him wrong, that he was happy with the win but there was a lot of work to be done. That, in a nutshell, is what I wish more people around here could express. :)

Start at about the 3:10 mark. Bobby J was just talking about this on the post-game show. He got kicked out of the game but Vlade and Webber paid his fine. :)

meh the offense was pretty bad near the end, seems like team chemistry is starting to fall apart, guys not trusting each other and ben not getting enough touches.

The last play was awfully close to a shot clock violation, but after looking at it a few times the Kings had the ball with 25.4 secs and the clock was at 24 secs. When Rudy Gay shot the ball, the ball changed directions and it actually did hit the rim. It was really close though, but I looked at the play in slow motion a few times!!!

It takes time for teams to get comfortable with the psychology of winning. Bball is a mental sport. Players have to believe that they have the right to be victorious.

Without Cousins, the Kings come out being very aggressive. By the end of the third quarter, they often have a lead and are playing not to lose. They stand around on offense, get tentative, make bad passes, and get dribble happy. They need to continue to play like the previous three quarters. They are hard to watch at times. Coaching will help them overcome their paralysis. Under stress people revert to their highest level of training. The team has a definite problem, but it is something new. Blowing a lead is new territory for the Kings. They have spent the last few years trying to come from behind. They play well for 3 out of the 4 quarters. That is very positive. Now to learn to finish games. That is the next challenge.
