Winning is better than losing

can the team win with Rudy back?

Dare I say we played better w/o him. It was not pretty but road wins when the hometown fans go home despondent are my favorite. :) Turning point was 3rd quarter when we stretched lead to 16 behind 3 dimes from Boogie to Koufos. This is what I was referring in previous post re: not playing hero ball but smart and simple. Onto the next

9 assists versus 1 TO for Rondo tonight.....more effective perhaps than a couple of his triple doubles. Rondo made Elfrid Payton looked like chopped liver. Without referring to game logs I think this is the 4th time this season Rondo has scored more points than FGAs (13 points on 9 shots)....SAC has won 3 of those games so good barometer of team performance.

Vast gulf between Atlanta and Orlando.

We are the second beset 3pt shooting team in the NBA right now. We are top 10 in FG%. Bottom 10 in FT%. We are 8th in scoring. That is all awesome...except:

We are one of the worst at turning the ball over and it's affecting our defense. All stuff that can be cleaned up.

winning is so much better than losing. its why we can sell our soul as a basketball team playing the way we do because at the end of the day its all about chasing and sustaining W's and given our record over the past 5+ years. that is glorious in itself.

Does it make it right ? Well thinking about that hurts my head....and Vlade's im sure.

Please just keep winning

Winning s wonderful. It brightens this Sunday. I'm sure it makes happy players and coaches. Let me suggest it as an anecdote for our ills. It seems to work for my second team, the Warriors. Make at least one point more than the opponent. bajaden says brevity s a virtue and I say a touch of humor helps most things.
