As we have seen the past two years, this is an important job, perhaps moreso than player development coach with the big club.

Maybe he’ll get a fat bonus to help with his low salary. I’ve always wondered if those Gleague guys work regular jobs to supplement given 40k wouldn’t be enough on the coasts

The whole point of the Exhibit 10 contract is indeed the bonus. Even if you are waived, if you stay with Stockton for 60 days you receive a bonus, which this season can go as high as $85,300.

And now that the contract has been signed, the Kings have turned around and waived Mr. Elmore. But he will keep the negotiated bonus after 60 days with the Stockton club.
