I'm guessing that it's a track off the only EP released by a Norman, Oklahoma band called The Neighborhood. It's out of print, and the band's website is down, but you might try Amazon or ebay.

i looked them up on myspace.. i dont think its them. the group from norman, ok sings more pop/rock than hiphop
I couldn't hear them on myspace, since I decided that my privacy was worth more than a myspace account. But I did find one youtube video of them, and think you're probably right.
I'm stumped.
