What is the best College Hoops conference?

I know that many of you are from Pac-10 territory, but I just thought id throw around the question. What conference do you guys think is the toughest? By that I mean depth, prestige and quality of the teams, etc... I'm a Duke fan so this might not mean much but I still think the ACC wins over the Big East by a hair.

My top 5 sits at:

1. ACC
2. Big East
3. Big 10
4. Pac 10
5. SEC

I know for sure some of you think entirely differently. Let's discuss...
