WHAT is that song from Arco???

Bench
I was at the game today (vs. Rockets), as well as last Sunday (vs. Clippers), and during both games, the Arco loudspeaker played a short clip of this Western, Bob Seger-like theme. Today they played it at the end of the second quarter. I'd sing it for you if I could... it's just an instrumental song comprised of just an acoustic guitar and snare rim taps... I've heard it in movie trailers all over the place.

the guitar goes like this:
Am-----------------------------------------E--------------
doodoot-doot--doot--doot--doot--doot-doo-doodoo-doodoo- (repeat)

Anyway, anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?? And if so, do you know the name of this song???

Is it possible to attach an "audio file' ....

If so, record yourself and clip-it in here

Great clue, I NEED TWO MORE NOTES, THAN I CAN NAME THAT TUNE

You are not going to believe this site, kingkung:

http://www.songtapper.com/s/tappingmain.bin

So how does it work? Well, click any of the many Search or Try Tapping links scattered throughout the site. Once you get there, you start tapping your song to begin (I've found that it does help to sing along as you are tapping out the lyrics), and when you are done tapping, click the link. Then the Song Tapper finds all the songs that could match what you tapped.

I was going to use this in my next set of favorite sites.

:D

Found it!!! I remembered it was in the Armageddon soundtrack...

It's ZZ Top's La Grange

I was kinda wrong about the instrumentation... it's not acoustic, it's electric, and it's not snare rims, it's just a snare. I love this song.

VF, the songtapper didn't work for me, but it is the beginning of something really cool...
