Everything finally is official: As CSN Washington reported earlier in the day, Wizards point guard John Wall is in the dunk contest for All-Star Weekend, but he will not participate in the skills competition. Bradley Beal is in the Foot Locker Three-Point Contest, something he confirmed after practice Thursday, and will play for Grant Hill's team in the rookie-sophomore game.
