Vinsanity in NJ (2/7/05)

First he goes for 41, mutilating Tayshaun "Kobe-stopper-extraordinare" Price, then he goes for 43 a few nights later. Sure, he took 32 shots to get to 43, and 16 of those shots were threes, but considering the talent of his teammates, especially without RJefferson around, who cares if you're a Nets' fan? And, he grabbed 14 rebounds (albeit the game went OT).

He's certainly playing as if he deserves that All Star start at the moment. Can't think of another SF playing better in the East than Vince *right now*.

I'd give Grant Hill the nod over Vince. Comparable overall numbers, more efficient, and could never be accused of being a quitter.

Don't get me wrong: Vince is ballin' right now, but there's something to be said for heart, which Vince has shown to be lacking in the past.

Vince is playing some great basketball since coming to the Nets AND he i haven't seen him stop smiling once

and for the record...Tayshaun IS the Kobe-stopper..he didn't proclaim to be and thats why it works
