8pm PST UConn vs Old Dominion CSNDC (Maya Moore people...Maya Moore!)

The top 25 will be out in force on TV with this triple header (sorta, you'll if triple headers mean nearly simultaneous start times and having to change the channel a few times )...arm chair scouts, get your notepads ready...

Game 1: 11:30am PST LSU @ Rutgers ESPN2 (Van Chancellor takes over the helm @ LSU, senior lottery pick Sylvia Fowles, one of my favorite diminutive point guards, senior Erica White....in a Final Four rematch)

Game 2: Noon PST Cal-Berkeley @ Baylor CSN (No notable seniors but local team can make a statement, we'll miss the tandem of nasty post players since Devanei Hampton is out for another few weeks, but check out her post-mate Ashley Walker and their point guard Alexis Gray-Lawson)

Game 3: 2pm PST Maryland @ UCLA CSNNE(Another Pac-10 team can make some noise with a win, not likely since the Terrapins are on a mission to get back in the national championship picture...but it would be huge nonetheless if young UCLA can hang around: seniors of note, a trio of posts...Maryland's Laura Harper, Crystal Langhorne, UCLA's Lindsay Pluimer)

Anybody going to tape the UConn/Old Dominion game tonight (Nov 23)? Can't watch it because the Kings are playing and I'll be at HPL, but I'd love to see it.

If I manage to stay on schedule today, I *might* get that game recorded. I need to pull the Stanford/UConn game off today before I leave, if that happens I should have room to record today. Can't have too much Maya Moore footage

Eh, doesnt appear that the um...taping is going to happen on my part since my vcr has decided to currently want to eat the tape it has in there. I will step away from it the rest of the day, lest I throw it against the wall and destroy it AND the tape it wants to eat. I want to actually hang onto the tape... the device itself, not so much


Anybody else out in boardsterland taping this? I'll borrow it after 6th is done

Wooooo, that Rutgers LSU game was fun...two words for the end of the game tho, "clock recognition" or three words "put it back!"

Fowles missed a breakaway dunk as her pg Erica White hit her in stride leaking out after a steal.

Good to see Van the Man Chancellor again

With about 9 mins to go in their game, California Golden Bears have had their hands full trying to contain Baylor's Lady Bears in the 2nd half of this game...weird because they went on a long run in the first half to build a lead. Their 2nd half game plan as disclosed in the sideline interview obviously is not working! They need something right now....

Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan, the baby Bruins had the #3 Maryland Terrapins in a deeeeeep hole and somehow (probably related to the veteran talent they have, and the unfortunate timing of UCLA's drought) the Terrapins came roaring back to take the game 79-75. I guess you have to lose a game like this before you can win when you're young, but I'm sure they'd rather have won it and learned something from that too...but nice showing from the very young UCLA team.

Yeah! I just watched that game, and when UCLA came roaring back and actually took a pretty good sized lead, I thought they might hold on. Maryland is a very good veteran team though and the youngsters of UCLA just collapsed. Fun one to watch.

yeah i was at the Paradise Jam Tournamnet in the Virgin Islands since me and my sister are team managers for ODU..yeah we got whipped by UCONN but we beat Purdue! we should have beat Stanford we had that game!
