This is really freaking awesome. Hopefully the Malloofs sell the team to Randive's group quickly and we can begin a new era in Sacramento Kings basketball. KJ (and a lot of other Californians) just wrote the book on how to keep your team in town.
Not to be a downer, but I think we also have to be mindful of Sonics fan's feelings. They'll get a team eventually (hopefully via expansion), but they're in a world of uncertainty right now.
