That's Ann Meyers on the left, but who is the other woman sitting next to her, doing the "thumbs up" gesture"? It doesn't look like any of the Mercury players.

I would guess that the photo was taken either at yesterday's WNBA Draft Lottery or the WNBA executives meeting held earlier in the week.
