1. MAVS - you hate to think about them w/o Dirk, but he has the trade value to kickstart any rebuild. Upgrade priorities SG, C, PG.
2. Raptors - Are going to have to sign and trade if they want any value for Bosh, even then, they are going to get pennies on the dollar for any trade. Upgrade priorities 1-5
3. T'wolves - Are going to need to get creative, because their talent is thin, and Al Jefferson can no longer be considered the man until he once again, proves it. Upgrade priorities 1-5
4. PACERS - Run and gun has never been so fun. They are a very under rated team that still needs to blow it up. TJ ford and J. JAck are a great combo and Marquies Daniels has game and Granger/Rush make any game interesting. Hibbert is looking fine and Murphy is still the best rebounder in any game he plays, but that team will never win a championship without a bigger ticket than Granger. They need to upgrade every position other than the 3 spot.
5. Pistons - It's already in the works, Dumars looks stupid now, but when Vince Carter and Bosh sign for cheap and they keep stucky and others, the Pistons look like a monster again.
6. HEAT - They don't have the legs to get them past the regular season without struggle. They need people and talent because Wade is good enough to make any team a contender, but if you don't take advantage of his health while its around, you are just sitting on your laurels. They need to upgrade the 2-5 and consider Wade a PG next year, it will help him cope with carrying the load.
7.Clippers - The LOL team of the year. The moron in charge of them just set them back 4 years after signing Davis. Getting rid of Davis is going to set you back more. they need to upgrade their managment before even thinking about any personnel moves. BOOM.
8. HAWKS - How many years and near max extentions do the Hawks have to give before they wise up and hire a real talent evaluator. Josh smith could have turned them quite a profit in exchange for Artest, I bet they wish that deal was still on the table. Their most efficient post season scorer........drum rolll.......Flip Murray. BOOM. Now lets see if they make the exact same mistake with Marvin, athletic like you want, but can't shoot a lick. The Hawks are probably in too deep, and it will be humorous to watch all that wasted money and talent.
9. Charlotte - Gerald Wallace is and has been your best guy, now do him and yourselves a favor and let him go. They need to get a true PF/Center to compliment Okafor because every good team has a 3man rotation at the PF/C spot. They are doing better than the teams 1-8 on the boom list.
10. WARRIORS - It's going to be tough to win unless they get a guy who helps them with their weight problem. Their big is thin, and they play small ball. Wake me when they make the playoffs again. Mullin was making some questionable moves for nearly a decade, and i was honestly irked that he performed so bad, when anyone could have done better. They need to upgrade their attitude more than they need players. Good luck winning anything with Stephen JAckson as skipper.
11. SUNS - They need figure out how much is left in the tank for all their players, because, on paper, one more run is plausable. But, in reality, Nash wont score more, Shaq wont score more, Grant Hill wont score more next season. Where are 10 missing points per game going to come from....their bench is Barbosa, and after he made 45 million, he left them high and dry, like i supected. Upgrade Nash to player/coach and it would solve alot of problems, especially the decision to rebuild ASAP.
12. KINGS - Who's the BOOM king? were the boom kings!
