I haven't seen this mentioned here, but after Reggie Evans' epic flop:

and all the flopping going around, there's a lot of people begging the NBA to do something about this.
Personally, I'd like to see this get to the point where, if a player hits the floor because of contact (real or imaginary), a call HAS to be made. Ref can call charge / block / flop. Flop = Technical Foul. Coaches can challenge at the cost of a timeout if they lose the challenge (like in Football).
