I have got to say that I really like the young/athletic bigs that Seattle has right now. Wilcox, Petro, Swift, Moore, and Collison especially. That is a lot of quality right there.

I wonder if Kobe will have to sit out our game after the review that's sure to come?

I'm hoping that he does play. I want to beat Lakers with Kobe playing. Hope the league fines him 1 million though.

I've said it once and I'll say it again. When Kobe attempts to get his team involved like he did against us in L.A. you have to force the other players into tough shots. Once they start missing you know Kobe is going to take each shot as soon as he touches the ball. He has no faith in his team, that is their biggest weakness, lack of trust in their team and that waste of talent in Kwame.

Agreed. They're definitely better with them and the addition of Watson. I also have come to like the versatile Damien Wilkins since late last season. Still not what they were last year though, but could get near to that level next season.

I like what Dr. Buss said about the team during interview with Jim Gray. That is, they need time to develop with eachother. I agree that they are way ahead of schedule with this rebuilding process. Kobe also spent a lot of energy chasing down Allen, which led to his shortcomings offensively. Overall, the Sonics took it to the Lakers and the Lakers had no answer for their carefree, free lancing basketball. Good game by the Sonics.

So nobody saw this alleged elbow that Kobe threw at Sasha Vujacic??? One of my Laker fan buddies was telling me about it, but I must've missed it. Apparently he was leaning over Kobe during a timeout and Kobe threw an elbow at him and yelled "Move!" or some such...anybody? Anybody? Pics would also be great.

I was certain he'd get a T after booting the ball at two Sonics, but...you know.

Kobe was in a pissed off mood the whole game, he did elbow sasha when sasha appeared to be saying something to kobe, kinda leaning over to him. I was thinking that either it was that sasha was trying to pep him up, or maybe sasha made a mistake during the game to which kobe was reacting or maybe sasha asked kobe if kobe knew why PJ was bringing kobe back into the game over sasha when sasha was clearly playing better than kobe :)

jon e - I asked you once before about changing your signature. Considering how well the team is doing now, do you think you could move on and change it to something about our CURRENT team?

those that don't know their history are doomed to repeat it
