i know for a fact the kings will stay, there is no ifs ands our buts. the nba has been giving us every opportunity to do what we are suppose to do. so when we are notified that we are staying, we should hang kevin johnsons jersey in the raptors on opening day in the brand new arena downtown. one big party.. maybe a charmicle dave'' jersey'' too since hes really a big part in this as well?

completely agreed. There has to be a way as a team and community we can thank him for everything he has done. How many teams have retired a jersey for a player never having represented them on court. Miami and MJ anyone else ?
 
Sounds like a good idea. BTW Johnson’s #7 jersey was officially retired by the Sun’s on March 7, 2001 at half-time in a game between Phoenix and the Sacramento Kings. BTW again, Kings won 100 to 89. Sacramento’s win was their 40th of the season CWebb scored 41.
 
We also need to give Adelman a real recognition rather than going to commercial when he's being introduced. Maybe retire his sport jacket or something? Yes, I am still pissed that we fired him.

I think I agree. KJ-ing. But let's not get ahead of ourselves. We still have to get this taken care of first, though. As of right now everything is still up in the air. Just because things are leaning this way doesn't mean the fight is over. We haven't won anything yet.
