The Sixers (15-48) will take another crack at ending their losing skid when they open a three-game homestand against the Sacramento Kings (22-42) on Wednesday night. With a stretch of games against tough competition on the horizon, Wednesday night is likely the Sixers last legitimate chance to snap their skid before passing the franchise-worst mark of 20 straight defeats. For what its worth, the Sixers have played better during their last two games before fading down the stretch in the fourth quarter. Add in the fact that the Sixers have won 10 of their last 11 against Sacramento, and you figure they might not have a better shot at a win the rest of the year.
