NBA Commissioner Adam Silver says he's impressed with the proposal for a new arena for the Sacramento Kings. Silver visited with Kings owner Vivek Ranadive on his first trip since taking over for David Stern on Saturday. He received a standing ovation from the sellout crowd for Sacramento's game against Toronto on Wednesday night. Silver says the plans for Sacramento's arena are unlike anything he's ever seen.
