SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Less than an hour before the Sacramento Monarchs took on the Minnesota Lynx at Arco Arena Sunday night, the San Antonio Silver Stars beat the Detroit Shock. Normally, Monarchs fans would rejoice any victory over the Shock, but at that moment San Antonio was suddenly in a position to send their head coach Dan Hughes to the All-Star Game over Sacramento's head coach Jenny Boucek.
