Isaac's a moron. Nobody comes to Sacramento for food or art. People can stay in their own communities to eat food and look at pictures. There would be restaurants around a new arena, and other businesses, and those businesses would get all the money from the people who go to an arena for events and games. He doesn't understand economics, he's a stupid hipster NIMBY who doesn't understand business and economics.
