Texas is going to the Rose Bowl. IMO they are the best team im college but cant be ranked #1 untill someone beats the two time defending champion Trojans. If USC beats UCLA, Texas will destroy USC. Texas' offense will hurt USC defense and Texas' defense will hurt USC off.
