Ron Artest...and determination

19 points in the 4th quarter. How is that for our go to guy when we need scoring inside to seal the deal on a game. no jumpers falling for anybody we needed an inside presence. Ladies and Gentlemen I give you Ron Artest. If only we would have gotten him when i wanted to get him.

He is a beast, Dallas sure is going to have a fun time guarding Artest in the post. He will eat the defenders alive in the post.

I wanted him 3 years ago. Just imagine how dangerous we could have been.

exactly when i wanted him. every offseason i pissed ppl here off with the Peja for Artest trades. I was hit with jabs and upper cuts lefts rights. Now those same ppl are praising him. strange how things work out. i feel a 7 game win streak for some reason. Miller had his 1 bad game for the month time for him to start climbing back up.

Not anymore! ;)

Was wondering how many points he had in the 4th. He totally ran it on the Grizz tonight... was an absolute blast to watch.

A TRUE LEADER ON THE COURT ... by example

Our young-uns are learning TO PLAY THE GAME LIKE IT SHOULD BE PLAYED ... even our vets ;)

.. one thing for sure, The King's and Adelman are LOOKING GOOOOOD

I was Pro Artest too, only b/c Peja wasn't the Peja of his MVP Year. I think Peja when motivated like he was that year is 1 hell of a player. If he's not than he's the average player we had for almost 2 seasons.

Artest has been awesome. The reason I like Artest is he's awesome on both sides of the ball. Offensively not as awesome but we needed somebody with Doug Christie or better defensive skills. I also didnt' realize how his leadership would mold the team, amazing.

i wanted him before the MVP year and after. Peja can shoot great but he was killing the rest of our offense. Everybody spent most of there time trying to get him an open look because he couldn't create. Artest on the other creates for him self and others and draws double teams wherever he goes. I am amazed he is getting doubled on the wing. If that keeps up we are going to win a lot of games because Miller and Bibby don't shoot like that every night

yes we can. Dallas has less of an inside presence than Memphis roughly about the same as NJ maybe a hair better. We are killing teams on the inside. Our perimeter defense should hamper theie strength a pretty good bit and if we are shooting well and the we are able to spred more we may in fact blow them out. but i am guessing a 104-92 Victory for the Kings.

It's possible :).

Dallas has slowed down a little b/c of Injuries.

They honestly didn't play well against the Clippers, Grizzles, Toronto, Phoenix or San Antonio lately. Injuries and fatigue are starint gto catch up with them. Now they definitely could beat us but I'm less sure about that now than ever this season.

not to mention Dallas plays Utah Saturday so we will get them on the back end of a back to back. But they return the favor in April as we play them the day after we play San Antonio

the most impressive thing I saw him do was in the fourth quarter. He was guarding his man at the top of the key. Someone (can't remember who) got beat off the dribble on the base line and Ron sprinted to the base line to cut the guy off and cause a turnover. I think it's those kind of plays and that determination that has turned this team around. When you see your teammate bust his *** to help you and to make a play like that you are going to try to put that same effort out.

I Wanted Ron Artest Before Anyone

I wanted Ron Artest in the Brad Miller trade with Peja included. I may have wanted him even earlier depending on when other people say they wanted him.

The schedulers sure hate us don't they??? Let's show them and beat both those Texas teams 1 night after the other. :D

For now, Dallas is going to be in our home where we are on a 11 game winning streak and hot. Let's tear um up.

I wanted him first! I wanted him going to Sac City instead of St Johns right out of high school! Me! Me! listen to me!

Sunday's game will also be the second game in 2 nights for Dallas. They play Utah Saturday. So if the can beat Utah on Saturday and we beat them on Sunday, we will kill 2 birds with one stone.

Funny how we can dredge up threads where EVERYONE said they didn't want that lowlife scum and he's really not all that great and there is no way we'd ever want that kind of guy on our team.

Nice to see things change for the guy.

I was against him coming here. Right now I'm glad I don't have Petrie's job.

I bet everyone else here is, too. :)

Being a die hard Pacer ,and Artest fan, am glad he is doing good with the Kings. He'll always be one of my most enjoyable players to watch. The guy won't give up on either end of the court.....Yes, he had some problems with the P's, but I feel many of those were from the teamates. Here's hoping the Kings will make the playoffs, and make a splash. I was not at all happy with the Pega trade, but both players have been good for the new teams. Here's wishing I could watch more of the K's games. Show the WCT's what the K's have.
