The Kings continue their eastern swing with a trip into New Jersey. With the pressure of a first-road win off the team, perhaps they'll settle down and continue to do whatever it takes to get the concept of TEAM into their heads. When they pass the ball, good things happen. When they try to do one-on-one or settle for perimeter jumpers, bad things happen.
Watching Miller pass out of the high post warms the heart. He's actually one of the better bigs at doing this, but it takes trust and awareness on the part of the other members of the team to cut blindly without the ball and have faith that Miller will get it to you.
This is the first of another back-to-back, with the Kings leaving right after the game and heading for Milwaukee. After the Bucks, the Kings come home to face the Nuggets in the last game before Christmas.
Lots of things to watch with this current group of players. Dahntay Jones is intriguing; and he sure lights up the bench - both on and off the court. Watching his flying slam was fun.
