Revisiting the worst roster in NBA history

I found this to be a good article about the 2003 Knicks. A blurb about the Kings is in there somewhere too

But 2 things that struck me most...

Pop Quiz: Who is averaging the least amount of points this year?
A) David Lee B) Wilson Chandler C) Nate Robinson D) Entire 2003 Knicks' Roster
 Answer: D…

2003 Knicks: 13 of 15 Knicks are now out of the NBA, and that is no misprint.
Rest of NBA: Most teams have at least half their roster still in the league.

McDyess and Thomas are the only players from that team still in the league.

don't forget the knicks got eddy curry from the bulls for 2 first round picks which translated into a #2 and #9 overall

Yeah, but I believe that was one of Thomas' genius moves. This article concentrates on the roster that he had inherited before making any moves.

Unfortunately for the Bulls, those picks didn't yield the best players either. (Noah #9, Aldridge #2........but then traded for Tyrus Thomas, who hasn't lived up to his potential yet). I'd still prefer them both over Curry though.
