When Joel Embiid is on the court this season, the Sixers have outscored opponents by 7.3 points per 100 possessions, the equivalent of a 57 win team. The game before the Sixers lost to the Bulls. Now it looks like the tight back Embiid got when playing 49 minutes of a triple-overtime game against the Thunder last Friday will have him out a couple of more games, but not Christmas Day against the Knicks, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
