yah... woods has been a bust for 3 years.... he was a first round pick and has been injury prone ever since he got in the league.... he was suppose to be the niners future but he just never developed.... if he can stay healthy and get some playing time he might actually turn out decent.... when he first came out i had high hopes for the guy.... but now i just hate hearing the name

Was picked to shore up the Chargers secondary. Was let go because he couldn't. Personally, I think he sucks and can't cover a grandma in a wheelchair.

Sounds like a "Why bother" trade to me. I expected them to release Woods this spring, anyway. Do any Niner coaches have a tie to or history with Davis?

Sounds like a typical starting cornerback for the Niner that past 10 years or so.

From what I've been reading from some Niner fans over on the Charger board, it sounds like Woods didn't have the best relationship with his coach and could have been a decent reciever. Didn't he average 22 yards a catch his rookie season?
