Group Says It Can Renovate Power Balance Pavilion

So so so stupid. This would cost them more than the share they would have put in to the new arena deal. Is the extra parking revenue really that valuable to them? Is the new plan to keep the team in Sacramento for now but move them in 10-15 years?



It certainly sounds like George is going out of his way to keep the threat of re-location fresh in everyone's mind.

The only difference I can see is that they at least still own the building. In the new arena they wouldn't own jack squat so when the building's value goes up, they get nothing.
