While we used a simple name of "Save Our Kings," it is every bit as important that we "Save Our WNBA Champion Monarchs."

Who we are: Save Our Kings is an organization committed to giving the loyal fans of the Sacramento Kings a voice in the fate of their franchise.
As an organization, Save Our Kings was originally conceived of by the inner council of the Kingsfans.com messageboard. But the true heart of the movement lies with the fans and concerned citizens across the greater Sacramento area interested in seeing a new all purpose arena constructed to serve the region. We have watched in dismay as our leaders have wasted years struggling to reach consensus while crucial time and momentum have been lost. Save Our Kings arrives now in hopes of filling that leadership void.
Save Our Kings is composed of the everyday people of the Sacramento region. We are clerks and construction workers, lawyers and doctors, teachers and students, secretaries and engineers. We are fans of the Kings. We are fans of the Monarchs. We are fans of Sacramento. And its time we had our say.
I have been designated as the person responsible for the Monarchs Outreach. It is my hope that as this grass roots effort begins to swell, my many Monarchs fan friends will take up the call for a new arena to be built in the Sacramento area. If you have any questions, please contact me. And, by all means, please visit the SOK website. All of our voices must be heard. I, for one, want to keep our Champions here, as well as have a decent place for top notch entertainment in the Sacramento area.
