yea im going to the nets game on wednesday too - i was looking forward to it all year....i wish peja was there, but at least the rest of the kings will be there1!!

The minutes the starters have been playing are out of control. Last game Bibby, Mobley, Webber, and Miller all played 40+ minutes... And they've been doing that the last few games. This certainly won't help...

i was looking forward to seeing him too when i go to the game wednesday as well. at least i hope he comes out in street clothes or a suit so i can see him at least. but hey you never know he may be ok for wednesday to come off the bench (prays)

Oh Man, I hope he gets his touch back soon, and better than ever. Is it just a matter of shooting more for practice? (I heard that he quit doing his crazy hours on end shooting practices every night after his trade demands, has he started those up again?). Or is he practicing enough but they just aren't falling in the games?

I was listening to Koz's show last night and Koz said he talked to Peja after the game. Peja mentioned he was pretty down and frustrated. Was saying he cant believe hes got another injury after his back has gotten much better.

just a sidenote though....
Kings forward Peja Stojakovic missed the game because of flulike symptoms. He traveled back to Sacramento and will miss Wednesday's game against the Nets.

Earth to doubters: Pedja got a pulled hamstring. I saw it when it happened. In addition, he's now suffering from flu-like symptoms. The hamstring could have occured because of dehydration, which is also a flu-like symptom.
He wasn't going to play anyway. They announced that yesterday. They sent him home because the LAST thing they need is someone with the flu traveling with the team and spreading even more flu germs to other members of the team.
This IS flu season, you know?

^yeah you gotta watch out for that air change...i know it ALWAYS kills me when i go from a hot climate (ie: Florida) to a cold climate (ie: Connecticut)
