Not in life and certainly not in rebuilding an NBA franchise. As trudge toward the NBA draft lottery, an event that will determine the Sixers June draft fate, it seems appropriate to contemplate the teams who have faced a similar rebuilding challenge. In Chicagos immediate post-Michael Jordan years, the Bulls had six consecutive losing seasons and by a large margin. Between 1999 and 2006, the Bulls had a No. 1 overall pick, a pair of No. 2 picks, one No. 3 selection, two No. 4 picks and a seventh overall selection.
