She had a motto used for her foundation..."when life kicks you, let it kick you forward" she was a tremendous model of that and the strength and courage what it means to fight.

ESPN Classic is running a tribute right now to coach Yow, and presently replaying a sweet 16 game between Old Dominion and NC State. Ticha is leading the ODU Monarch offense if you want to take a look at her before she arrived in Sacramento.
