According to the ESPN's website, two big changes took place in the WNBA today:

(1.) After just one season coaching the first-year WNBA expansion team Chicago Sky, Dave Cowens, has left the Sky to accept an assistant coaching job for the Detroit Pistons. No word yet on who will be the Sky's next coach.

(2.) At first, I thought this was a joke, but it appears to be true: Ann Meyers, Basketball Hall of Famer and professional Lisa Leslie butt-kisser, has just been named the new G.M. for the Phoenix Mercury AND the Vice-President of the Phoenix Suns NBA team! She replaces Seth Sulka, who resigned as the Mercury's G.M. a few weeks ago.

Now she can jump on the ''Taurasi'' bandwagon!
All kiddin aside...good for her & congratultions.
Nice to have a woman get jobs in the Wnba & Nba at the same time.

Ann's butt-licking days are over.

True, but only when it comes to Lisa Leslie!

Watch for Ann to kiss Diana Taurasi's and Cappie Pondexter's butt next season. (and possibly Penny Taylor's, Kamila Vodichkova's, Kelly Miller's, Kristen Rasmussen's, and perhaps Maria Stepanova's butts as well!)
:D
