Nfl Playoff Pick ' em Contest !

#1
Let us have some fun with picking the entire nfl playoffs . Basically every round you get 1 pt picking the winners , just like the march madness.

------- I FORGOT TO ADD SOME RULES , AFTER THE FIRST ROUND , THE NFL PLAYOFFS #1 SEED PLAYS THE LOWEST SEED LEFT IN THE SECOND ROUND . SO FOR PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T THE RULES, YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THEM IN ORDER FOR ME TO CALCULATE THE WINNER . I CAN CALCULATE THEM FOR THE FIRST ROUND , AND THEN MAKE YOUR PICKS NEXT WEEK FOR THE REST OF THE PLAYOFFS ---------

IF YOU STILL HAVE QUESTIONS , PM ME , GARY OR CAPTAIN BILL.

Can't happen- #1 will play lowest seed, so if wild card is correct Seattle will host Wash, Carolina goes to Chicago

NO! the #1 seed (with the bye) will play the lowest seeded team to advance, NOT the winner of the 4/5 game. IF the skins advance, they will go to Seattle and NY will go to Chicago. Please, can we get this right? It's really not that complicated.

Well, apparently it just might be.

;)

Look at it this way. After wildcard weekend, there are going to be a whole lot of disappointed people when they finally figure out their matchups can't possibly happen.

Isn't there an ESPN site or something that has a "Pick Em" chart, similar to what they use for the March Madness? Finding something like that and posting a link for it might make it a lot easier on everyone.

I'm not jumping on the "resurgent Pats" bandwagon. And the Bear's D is overrated (it isn't he 2nd coming of the 85 Bears D)

I think "overrated" is a little too strong of a word. I think their D is very good, but like everything else sports analysts like to make too big of a deal.

I would love too see the Bears go all the way (and I honestly think they can do it), but like any Chicago sports fan (Cubs and Bears) I better set my self for disappointment and then if they do succeed it will be that much more exciting :)

Ehh... I'll just pick the first round like we did last year.

Panthers over Giants
Redskins over Buccaneers

Patriots over Jaguars
Steelers over Bengals

Ok, if pressed, I'll say Seahawks, Bears, Colts and Broncos, then Colts over Bears.

So many of you Steeler huggers. Bengals will beat them easy this time around. The steerlers are banged up, and the bengals last two games they rested their starters so they will be ready to go.

3 for 3 to start. Just need Steelers to win and I've got a perfect 1st round.

3 out of 4 isn't bad I really wanted bengals to win though, I hate the Steelers but if only Carson hadn't got hurt things would have been different.

NFC

Skins over Seahawks (please!)
Panthers over Bears (i'm torn here I like both teams)

AFC

Pats over Denver
Colts over Steelers (please again)

Division championships:
Panthers over Skins
Colts over Pats

Super Bowl
Colts over Panthers (I picked this match up early on and so far, so good)
