Dec 9 (The Sports Xchange) - Brooklyn Nets guard/forward Rondae Hollis-Jefferson underwent successful surgery to repair the fractured posterior talus in his right ankle, the team announced. The injury occurred during practice last Saturday, and Hollis-Jefferson is expected to be out eight to 10 weeks. In 19 games (14 starts) this season, the 20-year-old Hollis-Jefferson has averaged 5.2 points, 6.1 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.4 steals (first among rookies) in 22.1 minutes per game. --- The Sacramento Kings assigned rookie forward Duje Dukan to the Reno Bighorns of the NBA Development League. ...
