Do they show replays of the games they show? Or any at all?
No, LP does not have replays.....not that I ever saw. In fact, the channels used for LP are only on during a scheduled game. The rest of the time, there is nothing there.

NBATV games are another story. NBATV usually comes free when you get LP. Several of the games that were played on the NBATV channel were re-run at later times.

Hope this answers your question.

What's this "early bird offer" for LP I just heard advertised after watching a nba live 06 video? I didn't see anything about it on the LP site.

You get $40 off if you order the package now instead of waiting till the preseason or the beginning of the regular season. They've had it for years.

While we're on the subject, what is the difference between LP and NBAtv?
I know LP includes NBA tv but what else is there. I'm trying to get someone to get it for me and tape the games but I need more info.

I will try my best to explain what I know.

NBATV is a channel. It carries NBA games....NBA classic games....talk shows concerning the NBA, etc.

LP is something you can purchase from the NBA. The league shows games that are being televised by various channels around the country. They purchase the right to show those games on a package called League Pass. They are not channels then, but are simply broadcasts (by the League) of games that are already being shown in various venues around the country.

Clear as mud?

yeap that's about as clear as mud;)
I get it I think but how do you know the schedule? Is there a channel/league that actually tells you who will play when and what "channel" they're on so you can tape it? They must have some way of letting you know or you'd never find them.
