why did you decide to go there?
It was a decision that was made by my brother and sister-in-law, and they then asked my parents if they wanted to tag along, which then bled over into asking if I wanted to tag along, which resulted in 6 of us (brother, sister-in-law, both nephews, mom, dad, and myself) all going.

Why do NBA players think there is nothing to do in any city or state unless it’s LA, Miami and maybe New York and Houston? Antawn Jameson was on Vince Carter’s podcast talking about the Kings and he jokingly said there is nothing to do in Sacramento besides play basketball. VC defended Sac by saying there are great gold courses. What are these player’s definition of “things to do”. All metros no matter the state have plenty of amenities. Cycling, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, green spaces, athletics, gyms, bowling alleys, strip clubs, live music, libraries, community events and festivals, bodies of water and the activities related, theater, museums, ax throwing bars haha, water parks, casinos etc. I live in a town of 68 thousand and we have access to all these things, how much more in a big metro. Does “things to do” only mean going to Miami clubs at 4 in the morning? It doesn’t even seem like many of the younger generation of NBA players are into that scene.
It's not the size of the city. Certain cities have an established culture or vibe that can be immediately felt when you step off the plane. New Orleans for example. Sacramento is a good place to live, but it takes time to get a feel for the city and establish yourself here. Young NBA players are not trying to find a city to settle down in.

Miami is the sorority girls you hang out with in college. Sacramento is the girl you marry.

I still don’t think that equals “nothing to do”.

Got this in my email presumably because I attended two games recently. Oddly I'm not seeing my selection here.

Dame
Simons
Thybulle
Grant (although if they got Draymond I don’t think they’d have enough cap space to re-sign him)
Draymond
***
Nurk
Sharpe
Reddish

maybe this time they’d manage to make it to April before they’d decide to start tanking?

The Blazers don’t have enough cap room to bring Draymond in straight up so it’s have to be a sign and trade with the Warriors (Blazers also don’t have huge amounts of draft capital to work with although they do have the ability to trade their pick this year). They’d pretty much have to include Simons or Nurk to make it work but the Warriors have absolutely no need for either of those guys so I have no clue how or why this would happen.

Dante Exum had his toe/foot seriously (not confirmed) injured after being picked up and slammed by former NBA player Yabusele at the end of the game between Partizan and Real Madrid after a altercation which had nothing to do with either at the end of a 15 point blow out

This is the 2nd brawl Partizan has been involved in (had one vs Red Star which they instigated but this one was instigated by Real imo). I have never disliked a Serbian team like the current Partizan one what makes it even worse is they're up 2-0 and will likely sweep Real and make the final 4.
