I see that Carla McGhee will be at the event. Did she play for the Monarchs in the early days?

And what is she doing these days? Is she still involved in basketball somehow? (besides this event, I mean!)

No, that was Pam McGee. But Carla McGhee is a great player, with a wonderful life story to tell. She was almost killed in a car accident, and had to have her entire face reworked. Her guts and determination to come back and play basketball should inspire anyone!
