The Hammer

All-Star
Does anybody local have any information on this man?

If you remember the big KJ press conference a few weeks back, KJ spent some time eulogizing his recently passed father, and presented an award. That indicates to me they must have had conversations about this beginning a while ago.

To me, this is another positive development. I read it as a major Sac developer wanting to put money into downtown development. Starting with the initial projects already semi-planned, half a billion worth, this is going to seriously transform the downtown. My read is that the initial develepoment is going to catalyze a tremendous renewal, leading to more development in a few years. I think most developers see this and they want to get in on the ground floor, pun intended.

It's being discussed in the Burkle thread, starting around post #69.
